We were delighted to welcome our long-term customer from Thailand to Ketuo Machinery for the first time.

Although this was the customer’s first visit to our factory, our cooperation started much earlier. The customer had previously purchased knife grinding machines from Ketuo Machinery, and our engineers had also visited their factory in Thailand to better understand their production process, knife products, and manufacturing requirements.

Based on our previous cooperation and continuous communication, the customer decided to purchase several more machines from Ketuo Machinery.

One of the newly ordered machines is equipped with a robotic arm for automatic loading and unloading.

During this visit, the customer came to our factory in China to learn more about the new machines, receive technical training, and discuss future cooperation and automation solutions.

From Previous Cooperation to a First Factory Visit

Our cooperation with this Thailand customer did not start with this visit.

To better understand the customer’s production requirements, our engineers had also traveled to Thailand and visited their factory.

This time, the customer decided to purchase several more machines from Ketuo Machinery and visited our factory in China for the first time.

The visit gave the customer an opportunity to see our manufacturing environment, learn more about the newly ordered machines, and have face-to-face discussions with our engineering and technical teams.

During the factory visit, the customer had the opportunity to see different knife grinding machines in operation.

Our technical team introduced the machine structure, grinding process, and applications for different types of knife blades.
